1. Many accessories provided. 2. Good location as it is in the heart of the downtown and is a 10-minute walk from the train station. 3. Sound proof is good as the hotel is just next to the main road. 4. A plastic bag is used to protect the TV remote control (supposed it is replaced for each guest)

Perfect as a 1-2 night stop for solo travellers who need to get some laundry done in the middle of their trip. There are coin laundry machines and a restaurant connected to the hotel directly. I don’t know why such a huge TV was planted in a relatively small room, but I suppose it was nice, and the VOD are all free. If those aren’t to your taste, the TV also has a YouTube app! Bathroom is small, nothing fancy but everything in working order.

Newly renovated rooms with comfortable double beds and huge smart TV'S in a great location in the middle of the night-life area and only 10 minutes walk from the station.Friendly staff with some English.

Very good location, close to shopping street. I booked a room with no cleaning service, they still provided extra towels and amenities for the second night. Fridge can continue to operate even electricity is cut when you leave the room.

Convenient location - located in the central area of Miyazaki close to restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to Miyazaki station. From Miyazaki station it was a 10 minute train ride to Miyazaki airport. The famous chicken nanban restaurant Ogura Honten is right next to the hotel - you have to try it! Convenience stores 7-Eleven and Lawson are nearby.

Location is great. Lots of things around. Breakfast is so so, you will have a poor choice of breakfast options at Komeda coffee shop (not the best in Japan), but it's better than nothing. It's a good hotel, great value in my opinion. Staff is supportive.

Great location with parking. Having Komeda Coffee on the first floor was also nice.
